and Lockheed Martin. Also, research conducted in Belgium
was discussed. The 2nd presentation is ES identified
as training and includes everything know about ES at

of “Effective Earned Value.” Mr. Blaise
Durante, the USAF Acquisition Executive, gave a keynote
address which announced the use of ES by his office.
He encouraged the use of ES as well as its instruction
and inclusion into EVM analysis tools. |
